Avenir LNG Limited today announces a change of registration form in Euronext Securities Oslo (ES-OSL)

Avenir LNG Limited (N-OTC: Avenir) has today made arrangements to change its registration form in Euronext Securities Oslo (ES-OSL).

The Company changed its registrar from DNB Bank ASA to Nordic Issuer Services AS (NIS) on 1 November 2022. Today, NIS has arranged for the depository receipts currently traded over Euronext N-OTC under the Company’s Bermuda ISIN to be converted to Sponsored Norwegian Depository Receipts issued by NIS under a new, Norwegian ISIN. The conversion and the change in ISIN will come into effect from 16 November 2022. The change is a result of the adoption of the European Union’s Central Securities Depository Regulation in Norway to ensure the Company’s compliance of the new regulation and registration regime. For investors in Avenir, the change will be visible on each investor’s VPS account, where the security will be renamed and provided a new ISIN number.
