Frederik Guttormsen

Frederik was appointed President, Asia Pacific of Stolt-Nielsen Limited in 2025.

Based in Singapore, he is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and business development across the region, strengthening relationships with key customers and partners, and ensuring alignment across Stolt-Nielsen’s global businesses.

Prior to his appointment, Frederik served as Managing Director of IMC Shipping Group from 2018 to 2024, where he had full P&L responsibility for a diversified portfolio of tanker and dry bulk activities. During his tenure, he also oversaw investments, M&A activities and strategic transformation initiatives across the group. Prior to that, Frederik spent seven years with Stolt-Nielsen, including the role as General Manager for the tanker joint venture with NYK, SNAPS, based in Singapore.

Throughout his career, Frederik has worked across global markets with a particular focus on Asia Pacific, leading teams and driving performance across complex, asset-intensive businesses. Prior to joining Stolt in 2011, Frederik spent several years in the aviation industry.

Frederik received his degree in Business Administration from EU Business School, Barcelona. He is a citizen of Norway.
